Her engagement and communication research practice is backed by a virtual team of professionals in the employee and communication fields who may support a project when needed. These include: Charlotte Barrett who has worked in the research field for 14 years specialising in qualitative and on-line observation based studies. Research projects carried out for UFI, Learn Direct, DHSE, British Airways and Vodafone. Wendy Ebrahim, formerly with MORI, whose special skills are in the admin and organisation side of the research process. Another dimension is provided by working in association with Hedron, the communication and change consultants.
